Step 1:Wash and condition hair with your preferred Nexxus hair Regimen before towel drying. Nexxus Hydra-Light Shampoo and Conditioner work particularly well with fine hair. Step 2:Shake the can of Nexxus Mousse Plus and invert so the nozzle faces downward. Press the button and release a golf ball size of mousse into the palm of your hand.
