Shipping policy

Where do we ship?
We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates, covering Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain.

Delivery method and timing
We offer Standard Delivery on all orders, with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days.

Delivery charges
Delivery is free of charge on orders over AED 100. For orders below AED 100, a flat delivery fee of AED 15 applies.

Order tracking and delivery scheduling
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Our team will also call you to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Changing your shipping address
If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us at 800-WATSONS (800-9287667) with your new address details, and we'll update it for you.

Identification at delivery
For security purposes, our delivery team may request a valid form of ID at the time of delivery. Accepted documents include an Emirates ID, passport, or driving license.

Can someone else accept delivery on my behalf?
Yes. Another person may receive your order on your behalf, provided they present a valid Emirates ID, passport, or driving license at the time of delivery.
