How to use
Apply the INFINITY EYE LINER pencil from the inner to the outer edges of the upper lash line
Close the eye and pull the lid gently before drawing a line
Wiggle the pencil in between the lashes, which will make them look thicker
Make the line thicker if desired
Use the smudger at the end of the INFINITY EYE LINER to blend or tone out
